Absent— Frantz & Reay.

report of th,!IJudiciary Committee-be accepted and the Chairman be empowered
to fill vacancies if any accur.

Moved by Trustee Pettis. and seconded by Trustee Horenberger that thew
Street Couxaittee be empowered to buy a 12 or I4 foot culvert from the
township and place it on Lincoln Ave. at the south limits.

Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Horenberger that
Herman Frost be given the-privilege of placing a post outside the walk
to place his garage sign on. Carried.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and Seconded by Tructee Reichelt that the
Clerk be aurhorized to iazue to the Contractor, F. J.. Pal ton one voucher
of A 900.00 on Special Assessment �J.'IQ .and one voucher. of 0 400.00 on
Spe4lal Assessment f- II.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken Yeas Hempstead,
Horenberger, Pettiu. and Reichelt. Naes— None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and aeconded by Trustee Reichelt that the
Clerk be authorized to i€raue- to the�yContractor, F.. J.. Dalton, three
vouchers of , I00.00 each and one of � I70.80 out of the Ist Installment
of Special Assessment f II and one voucher of a I00.00 and one of $I75.00 �C
