Regular Meeting of the Board of Truateec of the Village of
Deerfield,, ivas called to order by the President W.A.Whiting, at 8 P.M.
Roll call:. Present- Frantz, Hempstead, Horenberger, Pettis,
Reichelt and Reay. Absent- None-.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on Sept. 9, I9I6 were read and
approved.

Moved by Trustee Reay and oeconded by Trustee. Reichelt that the
bil�a be paid and charged to their reopective funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yews- Frantz,
Hempat,�ad, Horenberger, Pettis, Reichelt & Reay. Naeo- -None,,
Moved by Trustee Reay and seconded, by Trustee Reichelt that a car
of stone be ordered for Fair Oak, Ave., the Villagi to pay for hauling
and unloading, Mr. Hempstead and ?sir. Holmeo to guarantee payment of
a -tone.

Bid of Olaf Lindblom, of Highland Park, for the construction of a.
concrete cement sidewalk in front of the Ryan, Bleimehl and Frost
property on Hazel and Woodward Aves. at I& centa per square-foot was

Moved by Trustee Reich °It and seconded"by.. Trustee :Reay -that. -the
bid of Olaf Lindblom be accepted and that the President and Clerk be
authorized to sign the Contract.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:: Yeas- Frantz,
Hempstead, Horenberger, Reichelt and Reay. Pettis - absent.
