•Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Reay that Trustee Pettis act as Chair-
' man. Carried.
Roll call: Present— Frantz, Heaips.tead, Horenberger, Pettis, Reay &
Reichelt.
Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Horenberger, that
the contracts for the construction of a concrete cement sidewalk on =s
Ostnrmen Ave. , in front of R. tai.. Vant, be- awarded to Olaf Lindblom, at I2
cents per s�zare ft. and trat the contract be dra,= up and the President
and Clerk be-authorized to sign the same.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas Frantz,
Hempstead, Horenberger, Pettis, Reay & Reichelt. Neas,Uone.
An Ordinance for tas levy was read.
