Roll Call:; Present— Horenberger, Pettis, Reay and Reichelt. Absent— Frantz and Hempstead. The following Appropriation Ordinance was read. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE.. 1 An ordinance making appropriation for Corporate purposes for the, f iscal year ending April 3;0, I9I7. Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield. SECTION I. That the following sums, as hereafter specified are hereby apprpp.riated to defray all necessary expenses, and liabilities of the, Village of Deerfield, in the County:.,-of Lake, and State of Illinoia,for the fiscal year commencing !.,Tay I, I9I6, and ending April 30, I9I7, for the- following purposes, to wit, all to be raised by taxation. FOR PAYMENT OF JUrGMENTS FEES AND SALARIES FUND For Frees and Salaries of Village Marshsl, Treasurer and Clerk. STREET LIGHTING FUND. For Street Lighting Purposea. STREET AND ALLEY FUND For Grading, Maintaining and Hepairing.Streets and Constructing Crossings_. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON PUBLIC BENEFITS:.' FOR WATER FUND. GENERAL AND CONTINGENT MISC.. FUNDS. The unexpired balance, if any, of any item or items of any general appropriation made by this ordinance, may be expended in making up any deficiency, if any, in any item or items, in the general appropriations. and for the said general purpose if required. SECTION 3.. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed. SECTION C This ordinance shall be in force and effect ten::daya, after being posted.
