Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield wary called-to order by the President, W. A. Whiting at 8 P.M.
Roll. Call;. Present- Herupatead,- 'Horenberger, Pettis, Reay & Reichelt
Minutes of the regular meeting held on Feb. 7th. I9I6 were read and
approved.
The following; bills were read.

Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Pettis. that the
bills be paid and charged to their several funds..
Upon roll call the following vote was. taken:: Yeas- Hempstead,
Horenberger, Pettis.and Reichelt. Neas None.

Bill of Deerfield Lumber Co. -was read and referred to Trustee
Pettis.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Horenberger that.
a voucher ba issued to Carl-Lange for 42 cents, to reimbruse him for
error in Personal Tax-.
,Upon roll Bali the following vote was taken;: Yeas: Hempstead, -
Horenberg -r, Pettis and Reichelt. Naes- None.
Motion was wade to adjourn. Carried.
