Regular Meeting of the Board of Trubt6ea of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President, T. A. Whiting at 6 P.M.
Roll Call; Present— Juhrend, Pettis, Eeichelt,& Reay.
Absent - Hempstead, Horenberger.
Minutes of the regular Meeting held on Dec.6th.I9I5, and Jan.3rd.
1916 were read and approved.

Moved by Trustee Pettis. and seconded by Trustee Rbay that the bills.
be paid and charged to their respective funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken.-. Yeas— Juhrend., Rettis,
Reichelt and. Reay. Nays- None.
Mr. Reay, ^.h-airman of the Water 'Committee, submitted a report on
the condition of the water funds.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by trustee Juhrend, that the
report of the (chairman of the ,rater Op",aittea be accepted,, adopted and
placed on file and that Mr. Reay receive a Vote of thanks for getting
out the report.

Moved by Tkuotee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that vou
cher be issued out of the Zoad and Bridge Fund to Fred Schwab, amounting
to $26.73 and that said vaucher be accepted as part payment on hia
