Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of

Absent - Horenberger.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 4, I9I5, and of the
adjourned meeting held on October 9, I9I5 were read and approved.

bills be paid and charged to their respective funds,'

Report of Geo.Herman, Marshal, _wat, read and ordered placed on file
Letter from Chgo'.. Mil. & St-.Paul R.. R.. requesting an ordinance be
passed for the vacating of Central St. crossing and part of Deerfield
Ave. was read.
Moved by Trustee Reay and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that the
ordinance-of Railroad Company be submitted to our Village Attorney for-
immediate report and Railroad so notified.
Carried.
Moved by Trustee Reay and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that the
contract of Public Service- Co.be- referred to the- Attorney to report
at next meeting.
Carried.
Moved by Trustee Reay and seconded by Trustee Reichelt to adjourn
