The President appointed Trustees Hempstead, Reichelt and Reay
torether ' with the Village Attorney ab a committee to draft a
building ordinance..

Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Hempstead
that vouchers be drawn and paid from their respective funds.
Carried unanimously..
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that
Selig and Pettis, contractors for grading Hazel and Noodaard Ave. be
allowed an estimate of_1200.00 on account of Special Assessment f-5..
Carried unanimously..
Report of the Village Marshal was read and ordered placed on
file.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Truk�tee Reuchelt that
the-Collector for Special Assessment 44 in conoideration of Fred
achwab deeding to the Village that part of Iiazel Ave., from Oak Ave..
to hire West line 33 feet wide, accept frorn him his aaseuoment less
amount for 33 feet frontage.
Carried unanimously.

accepted. Carried unanimously.
