Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield was called to order by the President, N-, A.. Whiting at 8 P.R.
Roll call :. Present - -- Horenberger, Pettis., Reay, Reichelt..
Absent--- Hempatead, Juhre'nd..
Minutes. of the regular meeting held on Aug. 9th. I9I5. and of
the adjourned meeting held on Aug. 14 th. I9I5 were read and approved.
Mr... Reay, Chairman of Finance Committee reported that the-
} ballanee in the, General Fund at the present time amounted to. $174'.6q.,
and as the- mater Fund owea, the- General Fund 616'..89:, he, suggested the
transfer .of X3'00..00 from the Water to th General Fund.
Moved by Trustee- Reay and seconded by Trustee? Reichelt that
'W306..09,' be transfered from the IwYa ter to the General Fund..
Upon roll call the following vote was taken :: Yeas-- Hornberger,
Pettia, Reay, Re-ichelt.. Nays -- None=.
Marshals. report was, read and ordered placed on file.

be paid and charged to their respecteve funds.

Report of the $olice Magistrate,' S.. P'.. Hutchison for July and
August I9I5 together with. fines collected amounting to x:77..00 was read..
Moved by Trustee Pettia. and seconded by Trustee Reay that the
report of the Police Magistrate be- accepted as read.

Moved by Trus.tee� Reay and seconded by Trustee, Reichelt that
Mr. pattis, be autherized to., ordex one car of coarse,and one car of fine
stone from the Deerfield Lumber Co.
