Miting, at 8:00 p.m. Roll call: Present - Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. Absent-- Horenberger, Reay. Minutes of the meetings held on March 20th, April 5th, Uny 3d, May 7th, May 21st and May 22d were read and approved. Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the Fruit Peddlers license be Ten Dollars( #10.00) per year. Loved by Trustee Pattie and seconded by Trustee Juhrend that a voucher be drawn for 127.50 for money advanced to Mr. Marks, Stahl & Nelson, voucher to be made out to Lincoln Pettis. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. gays- -None. Droved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Juhrend that the bill for inspection for Special Assessment #3, amounting to $450, be referred to the Board of Local Improvements with the recommendation that it be paid. : Upon roll call the following vote was taken Yeas -- Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. Nays- -None. Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the Badger Meter Yfg. Co. be paid 1200 on account. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. Nays -- Prone. Moved by Trustee Reichelt and seconded by Trustee Juhrend that the bill for the Gutta Percha Nfg. Co. be paid v?h en the money comes in (out of General and Special). Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Hampstead, Juhrend, 'Pattie, Reichelt. flays- -None. Uoved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that a voucher be issued- to- the-Treasurer for $37.38 for money paid out by him for freight on stone. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas-- Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. Nays - - Prone. Communications from Jas. Anderson and the Badger Meter Co. were read and ordered placed on file. Bids for Ro,ed_Oil were read and referred to the Oil Committee.' -_ Moved by Trustee Reichelt end seconded by Trustee Hempstead that the property owners on Grand Ave., north of Deerfield Ave., be allowed to put in a curbing 18 foot/from the lot line. - Carried. Carried, Moved by Trustee Hampstead and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that the Board accept the plat of Owners resubdivision of Lots 1 to 29 in Block 49 Deerfield Park Land & Improvement Association Subdivision. Carried, An ordinance prohibiting the storage of gasoline under any street or sidewalk in the Village without first obtaining a permit for same was read. Moved by. Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reichelt that the ordinance be adopted as read. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas-Hempstead,, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt. Nays -- None., r In ordinance requiring red lights to be placed on any obstruction on any, street or sidewalk in the Village was road. }loved by Trustee Reichclt ujnd seconded by Trustee Juhrend that the ordinance be adopted as read. , Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Hempstead, Juhrend, Pettis, Reichelt.
