BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS: Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois, passed and approved February 6, 1924, be, and it is hereby amended as follows: if That the portion of the following described real estate which is not already zoned for light manufacturing and which is not less than 700 feet west of the west line of Waukegan Road at any point, and which is not less than 150 feet north of the north line of County Line Road at any point, to -wit: 'That part of the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the 3rd P.M., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said southwest quarter 476.18 ft. west of the southeast corner of said southwest quarter; thence north along a line 476.18 ft. west of and parallel with the east line of said southwest quarter to a point on the north line of the south 12 rods of the north half of the southwest quarter of said Section 33; thence west along the north line of the south 12 rods of the north half of the southwest quarter to the northeasterly line of the Chicago Milwaukee and St. Paul railroad; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of the Chicago Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad to the south line of the south- west quarter; thence east along said south line of the southwest quarter 400 ft. to the place of beginning, containing 26 acres, more or less, in Lake County, Illinois (which real estate was described in the petition heretofore filed herein as follows: i 0 ,Ii . 0 All of parcels 1 and 2 described below except that part of said parcels lying east of a line beginning at a point on the south line of said Parcel 1, 400 ft. east of the south west corner of said Parcel 1 and running thence north in a straight line at right angles with the said south line of said Parcel 1 to a point on the north line of said Parcel 2: PARCEL 1: That part of the south half of the southwes'E quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the 3rd P.M., lying easterly of the right -of -way of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad Company.
