03/01/1915.J MARCH 1 1915 Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by tho President, W. A. Miting, at 8 :00 p.m. Roll call: Present- Fritsch, Horenberger, Pettia, Reay, Absent-- Juhrend, Kress. Minutes of-the regular meeting held on February 1, 1915, and of the adjourned meeting held on February 8, 19151 were read and approved. The following bills were read: Highland Park Press, Public notices $ 5.00 Public Service Co., Street lights,Jan.,1915 71.66 Public Service Co., Street lights, Feb.,1915 73.33 F. H. Meyer, Rent, Fire House 8.00 T. J. Knaak, Freight and Express 2.24 Schuckrnell Co., 7 shades Fire House 4.55 C. Antes Sons Co., Gasoline 2.40 Goo. Herman, Jr., Salari p Feb. 1915 60.00 Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by' Trustee Reay that vouchers be drawn on the several funds when the money is in the t reasury. Upon roll call tho' following vote was taken: Yeas =- Fritach, Horenberger, Pettis and Reay. Nays- -None. A petition from prop arty owners in the Osterman subdivision requesting that an electric street light be* placed in the Osterman sub - division was read. Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Reay that an electric light be placed at Osterman Ave. and Chestnut St. in the Osterman subdivision. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch, Horenberger, Pettis, Reay. Nays- -None. The' President appointed Trustees Pettis, Horenberger and Kress to see Mr. Meintzer and tell him the reason for not giving him a grade.
