was called to. order: by the President, W.' A. Whiting, at 8:00 p.m.
Roll call: Present - Fritsch, Horenberger, Juhrend, Pettis.
Absent -- Kress; Reay.
An ordinance providing for the construction and laying of water
mains in Osterman Ave. from Grand Ave. to the west village limits of the
Village of Deerfield, and in Chestnut St. from Osterman Ave. to the north
line of Osterman's subdivision,�was read..
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch to adopt
the ordinance. Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Horenberger, Juhrend, Pettis. Nays- -None.
° A resolution making the assessment of R. M. Vent in Special
Assessment #3 Seven Hundred and seventy -two dollars ($772.00) payable
One Hundred and ninety -six dollars ($196.00) on the first installment, and
Sixty -four dollars ($64.00) on each of the other nine installments with
interest, was read.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch the adoption
of the R.-U. Vant resolution as read. Upon roll call the following vote was
taken: Yeas =- Fritsch, Horenborger, Juhrend, Pettis. Nays- -None.
Beloved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch to adjourn.
