DECEIMER 21 1914
An adjourned meeting from the regular meeting of December 7, 1914,
was called to order by the President, W. A. ftiting, at 8:00 p.m.
Roll call: Present: Fritsch, Juhrend, Pettis, Rosy.
Absent: Horenberger, Kress.
Moved by Trustoo Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reay that the Bond
of Thao. J. Knaak for $1,500 as Village Collector and signed by himself as
principle, and 9f L. Knaak as Surety, be accepted and adopted.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Juhrand, Pettis, Reay. Nays- -None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reay that the reading
of the minutes be dispensed with until the next regular meeting.
Carried.

Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Pettis that
orders be drawn and bills be paid out of their several funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Juhrond, Pettis, Rosy. Nay s- -None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch that
the payment of $49.13 due Highland Park for water be ratified.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Juhrond, Pettis, Rely. Nays- -None.
Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the
matter of books for the special assessment be left to Mr. Rosy and the Clerk.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch, Juhrend,
Pettis, Rosy. Nays- -None.
?loved by Trustee, Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the
President appoint a Committee to see after the getting of a fire engine
building with full power to act.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Juhrond, Pettis, Rosy. Nays- -None,
The President appointed W. M. Reay, C. w. Pettis, Sam Holl, P.
Juhrond, and the Fire Marshal.
