was called to order by the President, W. A. Whiting, at 8:00 pm.
Roll call: Preeent•Reay, Pettis, Juhrend.

There being no quorum, it was moved by Trustee Reay and seconded by
Trustee Pattie to adjourn to December 21, 1914.
