Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield
was called to order by the President, W. A. Whiting, at 8 :00 p.m.
Roll call: Present - Fritsch; Horenborger, Juhrend; Pettis,. Reay.
Absent►- Y.ress.
Minutes of the regular meeting of October 5, 19149 were read and
approved.

The President appointed C. W. Pettia, F. H. Ueyer, Samuel Ho;Ce
Lincoln Pettis, Albert Antes and 19. M. Resy as a committee to arrange for a
conveyance for the fire hose.
The following bills were read:

Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Reay that the
bills be paid and charged to the several funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Horenberger, Juhrend, Pettis, Rosy. Nays -None.
The following bills were read:

Moved by Trustee Fritsch and seconded by Trustee Juhrend that the
bills be paid.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Horenberger,. Juhrend, Pettis, Reny. Nays - -None.
A bill from the Chicago Telephone Company for work on the subway
was read and referred to the attorney, E. W. Colby.
Communication from Wn. Merriman requesting that his name be can-
celled from'the petition for the opening of a street on the east side of his
property was read and ordered placed on file.
A plat of the Osterman Subdivision properly executed was presented. ,
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Juhrend that the plat-of the
Osterman Subdivision be accepted by the Board as a subdivision of the village.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,
Horenberger, Juhrend, Pettis, Reay. Nays - -None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch that the'

Village Collector be authorized to collect from John Selig on a frontage of
175 feet for his full water assessment.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas -- Fritsch,

Moved by- Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Reay that whatever
arrangements :fir. Fritsch and Mr. Bleimehl make with the Village Tapper willbe
satisfactory to the Board.
