Whiting at 8 o'clock P.M. x Roll Call r Present, Fritsch, Horenberger, Juhrend, Kress, Pettis and Reay. Absent None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on June I, I914 and of the adjaurnd meeting heldcan June 4, I9I4 were read and approved. Minutes of the' special meeting held on June 26, I9I4 were read and approved as corrected. f Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconded by Trustee Fritsch that the Clerk i be authorized to write the,Chicago Telephone Co stating that their communi- cation in reference to trimming trees on Lincoln Avenue was received and that their request be denied. Request of Chicago Tele h Carried Unanimously. one Co f p or Permit to place an anihor onWest Deerfield Avenue near Woodward Avenue was•read. ,. Moved by Trustee Kress and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the request be granted. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Trustee Kress and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the President and Clerk be authorized to sign the Plat of Dedication of�Hazel Avenue and to have it recorded. Carried Unanimously. An agreement made with W. G. Hoy gauranteeing t'ie watermain between Highland ' Park and Deerfield against freezing for a period of five years i� and signed by W. G. Roy as principle and George H. Hoy as surety was read. Moved by Trustee Kress and seconded by Trustee Fritsch that the Board accept the -gaurantee of Mr. Hoy and his father. Moved by Trustee Reay and seconded by Trustee Pettis that the clerk a poet the- advertisements for bids for the water system in the Village in four most important points in the Village and also to have it inserted k; in the Highland Park Press.
