SECTION 81. License plates. Upon the
issuance of said license the Village . Clerk
shall deliver to the applicant a metal plat
or paper sticker bearing the number and
the name of the class to which said wagon
or vehicle belongs and the year for which
said license is issued, and it shall be. the
duty of such applicant to affix said plate or
sticker upon the right hand side of the ve-
hicle and it shall be unlawful for any vehi-
cle, although duly licensed, to be used upon
the streets, avenues or alleys of the village
unless such plate or sticker is attached Y
thereto. j
ARTICLE VI. PENALTY '.
SECTION 32. Any person, firm' or cor-
poration violating any provision of this ordi-
nance shall be fined not less :than one do]-
`lar nor more than one hundred dollars for
.each offense.._

the President C. M. Willman at 8;15 P. U. for the purpose

For Work to be Constructed Under the
Motor Fuel Tax Law.
1. Time and Place of Opening Bids. Sealed
proposala for the improvement - of the thor-
oughfare '(a) described herein will be re-
ceived at' the office of the Council or Presi-
dent and . Board of. Trustees of Deerfield,
Lake County, Illinois, until 8 o'clock P. M.,
September 24, 1937 and at that time pub-
' licly opened and read.
2. Description of Work. (a) The pro-
posed work is officially known as Section
1- A -C.S. and begins at Sta. 0/07.6, a point
7.6 feet south of the center line of Green-
wood Avenue on the center line of Broad-
moor Place (Arterial Street No. 8) and ex-
tends in a southerly direction along the cen-
ter line of Boardmoor Place to Sta. 13/20,
a point on the center line of Hazel Avenue,
a total distance of 1312.5 :feet,. of which
1812.6 feet, (0.2486 Miles) are to be im-
proved.
