be adopted.

RESOLUTION.
That, in order to promote the collection of delinquent taxes
and speciai_assessments and facilitate thecdevelopment of Deer -
field by;.' responsible parties, the_Board of Trustees, upon written
application; will cause to be.furnished to the bona -fide owner or
owners of ,a- majority of_ the lots in any, approved, subdivision of
Deerfield,. any and all .information pertaining to such subdivision,
which may_;be contained in.the records-of the Village of Deerfield.
Proo.f_of ownership shall be- supplied in'a form satisfactory
to the Treasurer of the-Village-of-Deerfield who must be satisfied._
that t s uch information will be used - solely for the purposes here -
th a s stilted.
The cost of assembling. and .supplying such information
shall be.,paid by .such owner. or .owners.. _.

The `following letter 'from Rev. J.. V. Murphy ,was read.

Village of Deerfield,
Board of-Trustees,
Dear Sirs:.
-This is a formal application for a permit for the
erection of.three portable buildings to be erected on the
property Holy Cross Parish and to be used temporarily as
schoolrooms. Each building will be'one room lined with
sheetrock(fireproof) with sheet.metal exterior. There will
be.-two doors and four windows in each building all of which
could . serve as emergency exits. These three buildings to be
connected with each other and with the present church structure'
which will supply heat and water for these buildings. Each
building is to be,30 x 20 feet. A sketch is below.
