08/19/1937President Millman made the following appointments, License Committee, Trustee Pottenger, Chairman with Hertel and Stupple as members. Police and Fire Committee, Trustee Hertel as Chair- man and Schneider and Stupple as members. It was moved by Trustee Schneider and seconded by Trustee Stupple that these appointments be confirmed. Roll call reeultedvas follows. Yeas- Trustee Hertel, Palmer, Peterson, Pottenger, Schneider and Stupple., Nays- None. Motion carried. A motion was made by Trustee Pottenger and seconded by Trustee S4_eider that the following bills be approved for pay- ment on receipt of proper funds. Upon roll call the following vote was taken. A special meeting of the President and the.Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield for the purpose of discussing the request of McGuire & Orr to be allowed the Tight to obtain the names of those, - persona who are holders of bonds which pertain to Special Assessment Improvements in their subdivision and also to pt,.ss resolution appropri- ating $400.00 from Motor Fuel,Tax Fund for Central Avenue Improvement, was called to order by the President Willman at 7:30 P. M. with the following trustees present':-Hertel, Pottenger, Schneider and Stupple. Absent- Trustee Palmer and Peterson. The zequeatc)from McGuire and Orr for the privilege of obtaining from our records the names of owners of bonds pertaining tontheir subdivision was taken up and after considerable discussion, further action was postponed to -such time that the Corporation Counsel McGaughey could meet with the Board. A resolution appropriating $400.0 from the Motor Fuel Tax allotment for the payment of the village's share of the c cost of a- drainage ditch on State Aid Route 11 Extension was read and it wad moved by Trustee Hertel and seconded by Trustee Pottenger that the resolution be passed as read. 0 I. ?7 C 'i 1i
