The Auditor Albert L. Roderick submitted his report
on the examination of the accounts and records of the Village
Collector and Treasurer for the four months period ending
February 28, 1937 and found them to be in balance and very
neatly. kept.

that this affidavit be accepted and placed on file.

A regular "meeting of the President and the'Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was ealled'to order by the
President Harry E. Ming` at' 7 :30 P. M. with the following
trustees responding to roll call; MoKillip,'Palmer, Paterson,
Pottenger,.Scribner and Willman. Absent - None.
The minutes of our regular meeting Df April
13, 1937
and of the special meeting of April 23, 1937 were read and
approved. .

Motion by Trustee Peterson and seconded by Trustee
McKillip to accept the Auditor's report as read.

The Health and County Relations Committee reported that
the Health Officer statedti:that there were at the
present time
under quarantine, four cases of scarlet fever.
The following bills were read and on motion
by Trustee
Scribner and duly seconded by Trustee Peterson these bills
were approved for payment bn receipt of proper funds.
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee McKillip,

The new Village Board was then called to order by the
President Christian M. Willman and the following
trustees
responded to roll call. Trustee Palmer, Peterson, Pottenger,
Schneider and Stupple. Absent- Trustee Hertel.
The first order of business was the drawing
of lots by
the members of the Board of Trustees to determine
which three
shall serve two year terms and which three shall
serve four
year terms. The trustees drawing two year terms
were Trustee
Hertel, Peterson and Stupple and those drawing four
year
terms are Trustee Palmer, Pottenger and Schneider.
