It was moved by.Trustee Pottenger and seconded by- Trustee
McKillip that not only the accounts payable be read but also
the accounts receivable at each regular meeting.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken -: Yeas- Trustee
McKillip, Petersons Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Nays,- None.
Motion carried.
A motion•was made by Trustee McKillip and seconded by
Trustee Scribner that the resolution authorizing the Deerfield
State Bank to be continued as the depository for the funds of
the Village Collector Florence E..Page be-passed as read.
The roll call resulted as follows -: Yeas- Trustee McKillip,
• Peterson, Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Nays- None. Motion
carried.
It was moved by Trustee Pottenger and seconded by Trustee
Willman that a resolution be drawn authorizing -the payment•for
grading and scraping arterial streets in the Village of Deerfield
from the municipalityls allotment of M. F• .T. funds• � ; - _
Those voting "Aye" were Trustees McKillip, Peterson, Pot -
tenger, Scribner and Willman. Those voting "Nay" being- None.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Scribner and seconded by

Trustee McKillip that the President appoint a committee con -
sisting of Trustee Scribner, Peterson and McKillip to make a
study of a graduated scale of rates to the larger users „of
water.

Of the Village of Deerfield for the purpose of canvassing the
returns of the Special Village Election held April 21, 1936 to
elect -a trustee to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation'
of George J. Page was - called to order by the President Harry E.
Wing, -at 7:30 P. M. Roll call- Present- All. Absent- None.
The tabulated statement of returns as made by the Canvassing
