November 5, 1935.
A special meeting of the President and the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President
Harry E. I.Ting at 7:30 P: M.
Roll call- Present - Trustee Page, Peterson, Pottenger,
Scribner and Willman. Absent- Trustee McKillip.
A letter from the State Highway Department requesting that
automobiles be parked parallel and within twelve inches of the
curb in the business disxbict on Waukegan and Deerfield roads
was read.
It was moved by Trustee Page and secondeddby Trustee Scribner
that we comply with the request of the State Highway Department.'
Roll call resulted as follows -: Yeas- All. Nays- None.
Motion carried.
The following resolution was read and it was moved by Trustee
Willman and seconded by Trustee Pottenger that the same be adopted..
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee
Page, Peterson, Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Nays- None._.
Motion carried.
