A_ regular meeting of the President. and the Board of Trustees
of the.Village of Deerfield was called to.order.by.the President
Harry`T- ,Clavey at 8 :00:P. M. with the following-trustees present- -
Page,'Peterson, Pottenger, Scribner, Willman and.Wing. Absent - None.
The minutes of our regular meeting held on October 1, 1934
and of the special meeting held October 15, 1934 were read and
approved.
Trustee.Wing,- Chairman of the Finance Committee.reported
"0563'.40 in the General Fund; $415.16 in-the- Water Fund and $24.46
in.the Road and Bridge Fund.
License Committee reported that they would receive competitive
prices on vehicle license tags for 1935 and that they would place
3 their order at an early date.
Trustee Pottenger, Chairman of the Public Works Committee stated
that. the -Deerfield ,Chamber of Commerce at their last meeting voted
to finance the purchase of cinders for a tennis court.'
The Water Committee reported a gross profit of $2626.09 from
the ,sale of water for the period from June 1, 1934. to . September 1,
1934.` Two more leaks have also been found and repaired during the
month of October which will result in an approximate saving of
600 gallons per day.
The following bills were read and on motion by Trustee Wing
and,.seconded�by Trustee Scribner were ordered paid on receipt of
proper.. funds.

that the.request from the Lake County Tuberculosis
Association for
permission to hold Tag Day in our village
on Saturday, December 15,
1934' be ' granted.
