Meeting called to order by the President Mr,James J. Hood with the________
following Trustees present J. R. Notz, E. H. Selig, E. F. Segert,

A Motion was made by Trustee Notz and seetnded by Trustee Selig
That the bills be given to the new board for their disposition
upon roll call the following was taken Ayes 1itt2* Trustees Notz;
Selig, Segert, Timm, and Willman. Nays none.
A motion was made by Trustee Timm and seconded by Trustee Selig
That the request of the Deerfield Chamber of Commerce for the 18 cvaoe
concerts to be paid by the Village of Deerfield be referred to the
new Board od Trustees, upon roll call the following vote was taken.Ayea,
Trustees NOtz, Selig Segert Timm and Willman. Nays none. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Selig and seconded by Trustee.Timm that the
reeomendation of the Board of Appeals .to,change tha Zoning Ordananee •-
to include One Hundred and Twenty Five on each side of Wattkegan Raad
Starting at the County Lino upon roll call: the following Vote was taken
Ayes Nott, Selig Tiam; Segert and Willmann. Motion carried.
The resignations of Paul Hunter and Seth Qooder were Accepted by the .
President Mr James J. Flood. '
The annuil audit was read by J. R. Notz and accepted and refeerred to the
new board.
The Minutees of 'the meetings of March 6, 1983 April 3, 1933, and
April 209 1933 were read and approved.
