Hood presented Hon M. D. Oven to the Village Board. A Motion was made by Trustee Begert and seconded by Willmann That Hon. M. D. Owen of 208 South LaSalla Street Chicago Illinois be employed as 8"'Dia Special Council for the Village of Deerfield for the water Litigation with th. the City of Highland Park at the present retaining fee of Three Hundred Dollars. Motion carried. A motion was made by Trustee +7illmann and aemonded by Tr)w tee'Notz that the meeting be adjourned.
