revision of the LIGHTING SYSTFX in BRIAR GODS SUBDIVISION, and the
bids submitted to discussion by the BOARD,,advised by experts, decided
by vote to accept the quotation made by the MID,WZST ELECTRIC CORp-
ORATION, 73 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. William Barrett
moved that 11Lu1 rM1B:'� - TI ( #3) - submitted by the XID ';,EST ELECTRIC
CORPOiU.TIO :t to accepted. The Chairman, Er, Rldward Seligg, and the
Commit tee having this in charge, are to get further letters and
explanations from the Iublic Service Company and 11id % +est.Electric
Corporation. The motion was seconded by 1r. Edwrxd.Sagert. It is
understood that this work is to INCLUIE the R.R10VAL of the Nenty (20)
Kilowatt Regulator from this Subdivision, and REi'LAM it with a Ten
(10) Kilowatt Regulator, and make all necessary modifications mentioned
in their bid to be filed with this motion. The Chairman, fir. Edward
Selig, is authorized to get the necessary letters, and after ha, has
accepted therm the work is to be commenced. The bid for the work is
for the amount of FOUR IU11DiM DOLLARS. (u400,00) COIv ?YLE73.
The matter of the lighting of the Coi=unity Christmas
Tree was brought to the attention of the BOARD and approved bj them.
Lir. Richard Welsh was appointed to look after the
GO` ERN IATT N }ST OFFILM Firas, and take ALL responsibility thereof
made with Postmaster, Lr. Fred Beyer. ,

Meeting called to order -by the President Mr. James J. Hood with the
following Trustees present 'Wm. H. Barrett, E. F. Segert, E. H. Selig,
A. C. C. Timm. C. M. Willmann.
A motion was made by Trustee Selig and seconded by trustee segert that the
following resolution be passed. notion carried.
That the Board of Trustees go on rec6rd approving the request of the Illinois
Booll Bell Telephone Co. to change its present system in the Village of -f-
Deerfield Illinois from a magneto to a common battery syetem,,at the -fe
