Whereas, The Village of Deerfield , Lake Co. Illinois is indebted
to one Louise Huhn in the sum of Fifteen Hundred (11500.00 Dollars;
trat said amountic now dueand payable towthe said Louise Huhn by the said -Vi
Village of Deerfield, tut.that said Village has no funds available'
with which to make said payment; and
7mereaas, It is necessary and for the best interecteof. said Village
that the Tarrant of ea•id�Village be issued in the amount bf Fifteen Huhdred
($1500.00) Dollars, payableto the said Louise Huhn in anticipation of.'the-
collection ofthe general taxes heretofore levied by said Village for theYear
19 30 .
