16. Jerk January 16th -,- 1930. Pres. o ' the Hoard
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at
the Village Clerk's office Thursday, January 16th, 1930.
Roll Call: Present: Labahn, Segert, Selig,
Timm and Uchtman.
Absent: Barrett and Geary.
Motion was made by Trustee Timm and seconded by'Trustee
Labahn that -E. H. Selig -act as chairman.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas -
Labahn, Segert,.Timm and Uchtman. Nays -none. Motion carried.
Resignation of vl. iV. Geary was read and motion made by
Trustee Uchtman and seconded by Trustee Segert that resignation
of W. Y!. Geary be tabled and committee of three be appointed
to wait upon and ask him to reconsider his action in tendering
his resignation and to withdraw the same.
Question was stated' - by the Chair and the following vote
taken. Yeas - Labahn, Segert, Selig, Timm and Uchtman. Nays -
none. Motion carried.
Trustee Timm made a motion, which was seconded by Trustee
Uchtman that Labahn; Segert and Selig act on this committee.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas -
La,bahn, Segert, Selig, Tim:-n and Uchtman. Nays -none. Motion
carried.
Motion was made by Trustee Timm and seconded by Trustee
Labahn that there be allowed as earnings from the Special
Fund to the General Fund twelve hundred dollars (."1200.00)
as trio per cent on sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00)
collected to date. Same to be prorated as separate funds
to end of January, 1930, when Clerk's detailed report is
filed.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas
Labahn, Segert, Uchtman and Timm. Nays-none., Motion
carried.
