A Special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to
order by the President, `fr. W. T. Geary. at 7 :35 P.M, in. the
Village Clerk's office. :
Roll Call: Present: Labahn, Segert, Selig,
Timm and Uchtman
Absent: Barrett
A motion was made by Segert and seconded by Uchtman that
for one dollar ($1) and other considerations the :'12" main
east of the meter pit in Deerfield Road, installed in Nov
ember,1929 be turned over to the City of Highland Park for
their control and jurisdiction.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken: Yeas - Labahn,
Segert, Selig, Timm and Uchtman. Nays - none. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Labahn and seconded by Selig that the
Board a journ. Carried.

G. Bornemanh for' the* inonth' of December was read. There was
much' diecussion in` regard to' th3e' 'school nurse and- the health
off iber. It' is' decided' to' hold. - special meeting sometime
during, the t ;Obk' which tline' was' to' be* designated for the
convenience of the* doctors.' '
Motion made' by" Labahn and' seconded by* Barrett that` the
