A Regular meeting of the President and the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President at 9 :30.
Roll-Call: Present: Labahn, Segert, Selig,
Timm and Uchtman
Absent :. Parrett
A motion was made by Selig and seconded by Timm that we sign the lease
for the police and fire station for forty dollars ($0.00) a month for
tro (2) years, and R.M.Johnston act as agents for the property holders.

A motion was made by Lsbe.hn and seconded by Selig that we pay E.B.Fox—
worthy for materials which he purchased for construction of refreshment
.stand on his vroneTty, south of Deerfield, and -also refund permit fee of
three doll;�rs ( x'3.00) , .making a totsl due him of . thirty— three dollars
(�3:;.00); as this was residential property, and could not be used for stands
