RESOLUTION TO ISSUF 1500 ANTICIPATION-WARRANT ACCT. BAND TAX.
�r- esolution authorizing ��ieissi u ng o an anticipation warrant
in the amount. of $j500.00 payable to -the, Deerfield -State Rank at Deer-
field=I11., against the tax levied for the appport and maintenance of
MW a -band-for municipal purposes in the, Village of Deerfield for the-
year I929, waa •read.
It was moved by Trustee- Huhn and seconded by Trustee- Segert that
the resolution be- passed:. as read.
Upon imil call the following vote was takers- Yeas, Geary, Huhn,,
Seg er t and Selig. Naya,- Nome. Carried
I928 Tax LEVY ORDINANCE PASSED.
The tax levy ord ance for the iV'Tllage- of Deerfield for the, year
I928 was- presented and read.
It was moved by Trustee Selig and seconded by Trustee Huhn that
all contrary rules be-suspended and the ordinance placed on its passage,.
Upon roll call the, following vote was taken::- Yeas -- Geary, Kuhn,
Segertnand Selig. Nays- None. -Carried.
It was awed by Trustee Selig and seconded by Trustee- Huhn that
the, ordinance be passed as_ read.

presented to the Boar& by H. M. Connell Co. for consideration.

that the ratter be-referred to the Hoard of Appeals..

Arno Frantz property_ permitted hook -up to $ewer inTodd Court.
A request by Arno Frantz _for permission to makes a sewer con -

nection to his property bn Todd Court with the sewer in Todd Court,
was made- to the Board.
It was moved by Trustee-Huhn and seconded by Trustee-Barrett
that Mr. Arno Frantz lz-. permitted to connect the sewer in his
property with the sewer in Todd. Court. Mork to be done under the.,
supervision of the' Village Fng imeer.

install •a wig -wag signal light at this .cross_ing . Also that they are-
to repair the roadway of the- crossing which is in bad condition.
