04/13/1944199 April 13, 1944. The regular meeting of the President and the Board of Trustees-of the Village of Deerfield was called to.order by the President Victor E. Carlson at 8 P. M. . Roll call- Present- Trustee Benz, Qazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Absent- Trustee Tennis. The minutes of our regular meeting held March 13, 1944 were read and approved. A motion was made by Trustee Benz that due to leakege an adjustment be made on the bill for water consumed from Feb. 18, 1944 to April 4, 1944 at the Dr. Rosenbaum residence 180 i00 -_� Deerfield Road as follows; 1000 cu. ft. at 32¢ per cu. ft. ,or $3.20 and the balance of 4600 cu. ft. at 18¢ per 100 cu. ft. or $8.28 making a total of $11.48. This motion was seconded by Trustee Stanger. . Roll call resulted as follows.. Yeas- Trustee Benz, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Nays- None. Motion carried.
