deposited by the Village Collector in the Deerfield State Bank
and that the matter of Residual Vouchers tendered by yYalton. &, Co.
be tabled to the next regular meeting.The motion unanimously carried.

read and approvp.d.
A motion was made by TrustseS tanger and seconded by Trustee
Scott that we accept re &idual vouchers 4 1, 2, and 3, Docket # 44
! as tendered by 17. Walton and CAany and that Village Attorney Seago
r draw_up an agreement between NA.71alton & Co. and the Village of

Trustee Scott read the report as submitted by Police
Magistrate Hunt showing five arrests and ;' 84.00-in fines
collected during the month of October, 1943, and on motion made by
Trustee Scott and seconded by Trustee Stanger, and duly carried,
the report was accepted.
A motion was made by Trustee Benz that Purchasing Agent
William Johnston be authorized to purchase a pair of boots
for the Police Department and also a pair for,.the Water Department.
This motion was seconded by Trustee Scott and•the roll call ;.
