Motion unanimously, adopted. President Carlson appointed Trustee Mercurio, Chairman and Trustees Cazel and Scott as members of this committee. The Chairman also appointed Trustees Cazel and Scott as a committee to be in charge of the Skating Rink. A letter from Village Attorney Milton 0. Olso tendering his resignation as .Village Attorney and in which he 'also thanked the members of this Board for their fine spirit of co-operation was read and,on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the resignation was accepted. President Carlson then thanked Mr. Milton Olson for the valuable and,faithful services rendered as Village Counsel and presented him with a beautiful pen and pencil set as a gift from the President and Board of Trustees. A motion was made by Trustee Mercurio and seconded by Trustee Cazel that our sympathy be extended to Mr. MITton O.,,Olson in the recent loss of his mother. Motion unanimpupUy carrpipd. Present- Trustee.Benz, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Absent- Trustee Crush. The minutes of the meeting.held December 8, 1942 were.read and approved. A motion was made by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee Benz that Justice of the Peace Fred H. Meyer's bill be referred to Trustee Mercurio, Police Magistrate Hunt and Trustee H=t for a broper adjustment. Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee Benz, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Nays- None:. Motion carried. After. the reading of current bills, ,Trustee Stanger. moved that 1h these bills be approved for payment. on receipt of proper funds. Motion seconded by Trustee Cazel. Roll call resulted as follows.
