Stanger that the Deerfield State Bank and the First National
Bank Of Chicago be continued as the depositories for the funds
of_Charles J. Turner as Village Treasurer.

Trustee Cazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Those voting "Nay"
being None.

Stanger that the resolution requesting permission to tunnel

A letter from Miss Irene Rockenbach complaining about a
ditch crossing the driveway at the entrance to their property
at 550 Elm St. was read and this matter was on motion made by
Trustee Stanger, duly seconded by Trustee Mercurio sand carried,
referred to a committee consisting of Trustees Cazele; Stanger
and Water Supt Johnston.

Victor E. Carlson at 7:30 P. M. for the purpose of adopting an
