A special meeting of the President and Board of Trustees
of-the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President
Victor E. Oarlson at 7 :30 P. M. for the.purpose of going into
the problem of lights in the ornamental lighting system.
Roll call. Present— Trustee Benz, Cazel,.Mercurio, Scott
and Stanger. Absent— None. Others present for consultation
were, Mr. J. Kress, representing the Public Service Co., Mr.
Bruce Frost and Mr. William D. Johnston.
Trustee Cazel made a motion that Mr. Bruce Frost be in-
structed to locate shorts and grounds in one circuit and make
necessary repairs and.report back to the Board recost etc.
Motion seconded by Trustee Benz and unanimoup -i� carried.

A special meeting of the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by
the President Victor E. Carlson for the purpose of approving
bills and such matters as may come up before the Board.

and Stanger. Absent— Trustee Crush.
The following bills were read and a motion was made by
Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee Benz that these bills
bey approved for payment on receipt of proper funds.
