Absent - Trustee Palmer.
--The followiAg bills were read and it was moved by Trustee
Cazel end seconded by Trustee Crush that these bills be
approved for payment on ' receipt of proper funds.

by Trustee Crush and seconded by Trustee Pottenger that the
resolution be adopted as read.
