A special meeting of the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by
the President C. M. Willman at %30 P. M. for the purpose
of discussing application for a watermain in Wilmot Road
from the watermain in Deerfield Road to the Engelhard and
Cole properties and to discuss request of Robert Herrmann
for permission to tap on to watermain in Wilmot Road.
Roll call; Present— Trustee Cazel Cole, Crush and
Pottenger. Absent — .Trustee Palmer and 6chneider.
The following contract was read and it was moved by
Trustee „Cole and seconded by Trustee Crush that the
President of the Board be authorized to.sign this contract
and the same to be attested to by the Village Clerk.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas —.
Trustee Cazel, Cole, Crush and President Willman. Trustee
Pottenger — Not voting. Motion carried.

within the village of Deerfield, along the east side of Wilmot Road, connecting the
r`sama at.the north with the water main paralleling Leerfield.Road at its junction
with �ilmot.Road, and thence southward to the residence of Eugene F. Engelhard, at
teentral Street, approximately eleven hundred feat (1100 ft.).
