After considerable discussion relative to the Singer
Printing and Publishing Co. bill in the amount of $140.00 for
publication of the delinquent special-assessments, it was
moved by Trustee Peterson and seconded by Trustee Pottenger
that this bill be tabled to the next regular meeting of this
Board for the further investigation as to the legality of the
publication.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being
Trustee Peterson, Pottenger, Schneider and Stupple. Thbs6
voting "Nay" being None.

A special meeting,of the President and the Board of
• ..Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by
the President 0. M. Skillman at 7:15 P. M. for, the purpose of
canvassing the returns of the Village Election held April 18,
1939.
