and, the special meeting held- November 14, 1938" were read and
app.roved. _ .. - The chairman of the License Committee Trustee Pottenger
reported that the 1939 Vehicle tags were-in the hands of thb
Village Collector. - - The Auditor's. Report--for--the-- quarter--ending November 30,
1938 was presented and read by the Auditor Albert L. Roderick
and•on motion made by Trustee Schneider and duly seconded by
Trustee Stupple and carried, was accepted as read.
A letter from the Lake County
Zoning Commission,: stating
that there would be a public hearing at the West Deerfield
Town Hall on December 20, '1938 at 7 :00
P, M. relative to a
tentative zoning ordinance and maps
for the adoption by the
.Board of Supervisors of Lake County.
The President requested
that the Building Commissioner, members of the Deerfield
Zoning Board and the members of.the
Village Board make a special
effort to attend•this hearing.
