U.-Willman at $ P...M.,with the following trustees responding to roll call;- Hertel, Palmer, Peterson, Pottenger and Schneider. Absent- Trustee Stupple° The minutes of our regular meeting of October 11, 1938 were read and approved. .It was reported that an unsanitary condition exists on the George Sticken property located on_ Sheridan Avenue. _ A resolution designating Telegraph Road from North Avenue to Waukegan Road as an Arterial Street subject to the approval_of the Department of Public Yorks and Buildings was read and it was moved by Trustee Pottenger and seconded by_Trustee Hertel that this resolution be adopted and that two certified copies of this resolution be sent to ,the Department of Public forks and Buildings, through its District Office at Elgin," Illinois. Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being . Trustee Hertel, Palmer, Peterson, Pottenger and Schneider. Those .voting "Nay" being None.. 0 t A_ resolution designating the continuance of the Deerfield State Bank as the depository for the funds of Florence E. Page, Stryker, Village-Collector of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois was read. A motion was`ma,de bF Trustee Pottenger and seconded*by' Trustee Schneider that this resolution be passed as read. Roll call.resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee Hertel, Palmer, Peters-on,,-Pottenger and-Schneider. Nays- Bone. Motion carried. An invitation from the Deerfield Woman's ClulD to attend a meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 1938 at-the Deerfield Grammar. . School to hear a talk on the subject "Operation of Council- .Manager plan of Municipal'Government "-was read and the members of the Board were asked to-attend this meeting. A notice from•the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division•of.Waterways, calling for a Public Hearing on the Improvement of West•Skokie Drainage Ditch was -read and the same was •referred •to Corporation - Counsel -McGaughey, The following •bills -were read-and-it was moved` by Trustee Pottenger and seconded by-Trustee-Schneider to approve these bills for payment on receipt of - proper funds. - Upon roll call the following vote-was-taken.
