July 25, 1938.
A special meeting of the President and the-Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by
the President C. M. Willman at 8 P. M. for the purpose of
opening bids on $28,000.00(more or less) Water and Sewer
Revenue Bonds for construction of additions and improve-
ments to the two existing sewage disposal-plants.
Upon roll call the following responded. Trustee Hertel,
Peterson, Pottenger and Schneider. Absent- Trustees Palmer
and Stupple.

After due consideration,it was moved by Trustee
Schneider and seconded by Trustee Pottenger that-we
accept the bid as submitted by Ballman and-Main. -
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being
Trustee Hertel, Peterson, Pottenger and Schneider. Those
voting +Nay" being None.
Moved, -seconded and carried to adjourn.
