The regular meeting of thepresident and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President Andrew Go Bradt at 8 P, 11, with the following Trustees responding to the roll call; Banfield, Hinchsliff, King, Mcintzer, Peterson and Wilson.. Absent- None.- The minutes of the regular meeting held November 14, 1949 and for the special reeting held November 22, 1949 were read and approved. Tilson, and seconded by.Trustee Peterson A motion was made by T:7ustee 7, that the following bills be approved for payment on receipt of the proper funds. That hereafter all septic tanks .or otbar it similar receptacle for sanitary sewage shall bo constructed only i in conformity with and when permitted by the following provisions. 4 of ` this ordinance. The application shall contain the name of the owner, ,the location of the premises involved, number of.persons residing on the premises and a detailed description and scaled plan of the proposed installation of such tanks, and a survey of the promises involved. No septic,tank shall have connection with more•than a single dwelling of the character permitted in the zoning district involved. No permit shall be issued for the construction of a septic tank on any.promisos where there is a public sanitary sewer located within 400 feet of any portion of such premises, and whenever a public sanitary.sewer is installed within 400 foot of any portion of such premises upon which a septic tank has boon installed, the owner of such promises shall, discontinue the use of such septic tank and shall make connection with. such sanitary sewer. Before any permit for constructing a septic tank may be granted the applicant therefor must first file with his application an agreement in writing that he or the then owner of the said premises will promptly disconnoct all � UJI connections with such sceptic tank and make no further use of the same whenever,a public sanitary seder is installed within. 400 feet of nny part of the premises in question and will at his own -.or the then owner's own expense connect the.sanitary sower facilities of the dwelling to such public sanitary sewer. r. SECTION 3 - _ Inspection. Hotion carried* AN ORDINANCR PERTAINING TO PARKING ON DEERFIELD ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSUEZES OF THE VILLAGF OF DEERFIELD, LAKE COUNTY., ILLINOIS: Section 1-. Those parts of the ordinances and r'esoltitions permitting- diagonal parking on,I)eerfield Road are bereby revoked-. Section 2: - That,beroafter,all motor vehicles stopped or parked on Deerfield Road where there is an adjacent curb shall be so stopped and parked that the right-band wbools of such vehicles are parallel and within tvielvo, inches of the -right-band curb. Section 3: Any and all ordinances placing 'a time limita- tiQn on parking on De6rfield Road are not.affected by this ordi- nance and are continued In force and effect.
