June S. 1946• The regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order at 8 P. M. and in the absence of Preident Robert S. Alexander, Trustee Mercurio was appointed to act as President pro -tam. Roll call- Present- Trustee Banfield, Bradt, Mercurio, Paterson and Stanger. ,Absent - Trustee King. The minutes of the,regular meeting held May 110 1948 were read.and apiaoved. The following bills were read and a motion made by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee Bradt that these bills bw paid, if, as,.and when funds are available.
