The regular neeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield was called to order at 8 P. 11. with Trustee Mercurio
acting as President pro -tem.
Roll call- Present - Trustee Banfield, Bradt, King, Mercurio,
Peterson and Stanger.
Absent -None.
The minutes of the regular meeting hold January 139 1948 were
read and approved.
A motion was made by Trustee Peterson and seconded by Trustee
Banfield that we grant permission to Ambrose Cox to connect to the
existing sewer and watermain located in Osterman Avenue, provided an
agreement or letter is submitted to this Board by the said Ambrose Cox
and which meets with the approval of our Village Attorney.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- trustee- Banfield,
Bradt, King, Mercurio, Peterson and Stanger% Naps- None. Motion carried.
The following bills were read and a motion was made by Trustee
Stanger and seconded by Trustee Banfield that these bills be paid on
receipt of proper funds..
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee Banfield, Bradt,
King, Mercurio, Peterson and Stanger. Nays- .None. Motion carried.

It was moved by Trustee King and seconded by Trustee Peterson
that the ordinance to amend Section 2119 Article I, Chapter.12- Food
Dealers of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 19460 be passed as read.
