12/09/1947I 6A24 j December 9, 1947. The regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order at 8:10 P. M.with the following trustees responding to the roll -call; Banfield, Bradt, King, Mercurio, Peterson and Stanger. Absentj•rlone. -- In the absence of President Robert S. Alexander, it was moved, seconded and carried that Trustee Anthony J. Mercurio act as Chairman pro -tem. Trustee Peterson made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Banfield that the plat of dedication as submitted by Mr. Edwards of Percy Nilson & Co. for a 66, street North of Greenwood Ave and along the West Right of'Ray of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific RAilroad Co. be referred to t(m v vk Q4 rs t rr e r-, Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Banfield, Bradt, King, Mereurio,.Peterson and Stanger, Nays- None. Motion carried. The minutes of the special meeting hold October 219 19479 the regular meeting held November 11, 1947 and the special meeting held November 24, 1947 were read and`approved.• t - The following bills were read and-a motion made by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee King that these bills be paid, if, as, and when funds are available. Trustee King made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Peterson that foreclosure proceedings be instituted against certain properties as set forth in the following resolution. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Banfield, Bradt, King, °Mercurio, Stanger and Peterson. Nays- Ilona. Motion.carried. It Has moved by Trustee Bradt and seconded by Trustee Stanger that the request from Charles'E. Pope for an adjustment on his water bill be referred •to the dater Committee. Upon roll call- the following vote was-,taken. Yeas- Trustee Banfield, Bradt, King, Mercurio, Peterson and Stanger. Ilays- None. Motion carried. Trustee Banfield made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Peterson that the resolution requesting the addition of SBI 42A Eat. 15 and SAll Ext. 14 to the resolution "for the maintenance of,Arterial- Streets or State Highways by Municipalities under the Motor Fuel Tax Law" at its meeting of December 10, 1946, be passed. Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being Trustee Banfield, Bradt, King, Mercurio, Peterson and,Stanger. Those voting "Nay" being'None.
