U.'-for the purpose of receiving the proposed plat of the Old Mill Site Subdivision. , Roll call - Present - Trustee- Bradt,- Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger-and, Tennis. Absent - None.. Trustee Cazel made a motion which- was•se.conded by, Trustee Tennis that the proposed plat , of .the_ Old Mill Site Subdivision be received and referred to -..the -Plan Commission for their approval. Roll call resulted'as follows- Yeas- Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis.. Nays- None. The minutes of the special meeting held•March 49- 1946,-tho regular < meeting held Mareh.12, 1946 and the special meeting held April 49 1946 • were read•and approved.- t, A motion was made by Trustee Cazel and seconded by Trustee Bradt that we institute a Zoning-Commission and that the mimbeis of the Plan COmnissiOn shall constitute the 'Zoning Commission. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, • Scott, Stanger and Tennis. -Nays- None. Motion ,carried, x It Was moved by Trustee Cazel and seconded by Trustee Tennis that the -trees on Waukegan Road in front of the Deerfield_cemetery ' be removed.` Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays- Ncne.•-Motion carried. A motion 'was made by Trustee:Seott and seconded by Trustee Stanger t that the ordinance authorizing Public Servica Company of Northern Illinois, its successors and assigns, to construct, operate and maintain an electric .light and power system in and through the Village of�Deerfield, Lake County,_ Illinois, be passed.. Motion,unsninously carried.. -Those voting - "Ayee being Trustee Bradt, ,Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those voting "Nay "'being Non'" Trustee ,Stanger made a-r otion -that the following bills be = paid, if, as, and"'when funds-are dvailable. Motion carried, Village-of-Deerfield clean -up week was discussed and an announcement is to appear in the Deerfield Review stating that the dates for such a clean -up shall be from April 23rd to April 27th, 1946, Trustee Cazel made a motion that we advertise for bids for a Tractor and Mower, This motion was seconded by Trustes.lercurlo, Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis, Nays- Nonet Motion carried, It was moved by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee Scott that we _ grant a 90 day temporary permit to the Sheridan Rifle and Pistol Club to operate their rifle range* Upon. r oll call the following vote was taken, Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Scott, Stanger and Tennis, Nays- Trustee Cazel•and Mercurio*• - Motion carried, An Ordinance granting rights and privileges to the North Shore Gas* it was moved by Trustee Mercurio and Company was read and seconded by Trustee Cazel that this ordinance be adopted.
