The Auditor's report was submitted and a motion made by
Trustee Stanger which was duly seeonded:by Trustee Bradt to accept
this report.

A motion was made by Trustee Scott and seconded b Trustee
0azel that the report of the Police Magistrate showing 66.00 in
fines collected during the month of December, 1945.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee
Bradt, 0azel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays- None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee
Tennis that consulting members be appointed to the Planning
Commission.
Motion unanimously carried, Those voting NAyeN being
Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those
voting NNayN being None.
A motion was made by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee
Bradt that the resolutions to be submitted to the Illinois Post-
War Planning Commission for an allotment to defray a portion of
the cost of preparing plans, specifications-and studies for cer-
tain projects to be undertaken in the Village of Deerfield, be
passed.
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Oazel,
Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis, Nays- `None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee
Bradt ,that the'Village Engineer'D. J. L. Walther be authorized
to present the resolutions just passed to the Illinois Post -
War Planning OommissioA.

authorized to make photostatic copies of -the- Appropriation and
the.Tax Levy Ordinances and that -the cost of same be paid.for
by the Village of Deerfield. . 'This motion was seconded by .Trustee

A motion Was made" by Trustee -Stanger and seconded .by .Trustee
Bradt that `the following Iresolution-.be adopted
RESOLVED that'the Village of.Deerfield- wishes..to express
by this redolution--their - willingness -and- desire -to - cooperate with
all partied involved'in the proposed watermain extension for the
dlenbrookdCountryside and that -this main be installed on the-north
side of the County Line Road, within the „corporate-:limits 'of the
Village of *Deerfield.

Scott that • this board take out' memberships in the Regional Plan -

Oazel that'the above motion--be table& for the next - regular meeting
of-the Board.

Trustee Mercurio made a motion that -the Proposed General 0ode
for 1946 as presented for; ,00nsideration �be held over to Monday, }
January al,
1946 for action and-that meeting _be 'continued to
that time. This motion was seconded �by -- Trustee Oazel.
