Nays- None.; Motion Carried. 26' A motion was made by Trustee Scott and seconded b Trustee 0azel that the report of the Police Magistrate showing 66.00 in fines collected during the month of December, 1945. Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas- Trustee Bradt, 0azel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Nays- None. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee Tennis that consulting members be appointed to the Planning Commission. Motion unanimously carried, Those voting NAyeN being Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those voting NNayN being None. A motion was made by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee Bradt that the resolutions to be submitted to the Illinois Post- War Planning Commission for an allotment to defray a portion of the cost of preparing plans, specifications-and studies for cer- tain projects to be undertaken in the Village of Deerfield, be passed. Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Oazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis, Nays- `None. Motion carried. It was moved by Trustee Tennis and seconded by Trustee Bradt ,that the'Village Engineer'D. J. L. Walther be authorized to present the resolutions just passed to the Illinois Post - War Planning OommissioA. "-Upon toll call the* following vote, was taken. Yeas- All. • Nays - None. Motion carried. the Trustee Tennis made a motion that Village Attorney be authorized to make photostatic copies of -the- Appropriation and the.Tax Levy Ordinances and that -the cost of same be paid.for by the Village of Deerfield. .
