It- The. minutes of the regular meeting held October 9, 1945 were read, and approved. Trustee Mercurio made a motion that Otto H. Knaak be granted permission to erect a garage on the rear of Lot 1 Block 2 in Deerfield Park Land and Irmrovement Association with the under- standing that this building shall not be used as a, residence.
